Graphics 1900

Graphics 1900 contains approximately 150 exceptional pattern designs from the turn of the 20th century. These designs were made for the decoration of textiles with elegant geometric and abstract repeats. Typical of the graphic style of the period, they reflect early modernism with a hint of Art Deco and strongly prefigure work from the early twentieth century - especially the styles that emerged in the 1930s and continued up to the mid-century modern period. These are a unique and groundbreaking set of designs.
